SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
• Plants are packaged securely to minimize transit stress.
• Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times and handling are outside of our control.
• Extreme weather conditions may affect plant health during transit despite our best efforts.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:
• Due to the perishable nature of live plants, returns are generally not accepted.
• If your plant arrives significantly damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
